Introducing the Most Advanced CH-47 Internally Air Transportable Tactical Utility Vehicle.
The Flyer® 72 Tactical Utility Vehicle (TUV) is an open cargo deck vehicle that is capable of supporting multiple mission kits. The TUV shares the same based design 90% component commonality with our USSOCOM’s M1288 GMV 1.1 and Army’s M1297 AGMV vehicles. The TUV can be used as a kit modification for either the M1288 or M1297 vehicles.
The TUV’s open cargo deck (69” wide X 83” long), combined with below deck and external storage compartments, provide 102 cubic feet of cargo space – unprecedented payload volume for this class of vehicle.
An Industry-first Curb Weight to Payload Ratio Greater than 1:1while Retaining the Same Mobility
More Payload and Modular Configurations than Any Vehicle in it’s Class
With a payload capacity of 6000 Lb. (>2700 Kg), the Flyer® 72 TUV offers an industry-first payload ratio greater than 1:1 (curb weight to payload), while retaining the same mobility, maneuverability and reliability of the GMV 1.1 and Army GMV variants.
-
The most options for payload and modular kits than any vehicle in it’s class
-
Internally & externally transported by CH-47/53 Helicopters and C-130 aircraft
- Shared design and performance of the M1288 GMV 1.1 and M1297 AGMV Vehicles
-
Multiple weapon systems from 7.62mm to .50 cal weapon capacity on manned or remote weapons station
- Weapon side mounts on doors and rear deck
- Provides national strategic airlift options, nearly twice the amount of vehicles per flight on C-17 with more than double the soldiers per flight
-
Sealable armor for increased crew protection
